Try to use this and it doesn't even bring you to the correct address or takes you to a property then a mile away to a new property then back to where you were to begin with for the next property it does not provide a convenient route at all

Did you have an estimate for the repair costs before buying the house? If so, did the seller provide the estimate or did you hire a local contractor to go to the property and provide an estimate for you?

Nice to see this. My grandmother died in the late 90s and I bought her house from my dad and his bros. It’s in a distressed neighborhood but about to go through gentrification. Investors are hitting me up weekly asking me to sell it. NOPE! I’ve had a long-time renter in it and have done some renovations. Yes, don’t sell Big Momma's House!! Think about Generational Wealth! My only regret is I didn't buy more houses in the neighborhood years ago!
